Technical Report: Achievements and Lessons Learned from Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals Supply Agency Hawassa Branch Warehouse in Ethiopia

Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals Supply Agency (EPSA), the organization in charge of supply chain management of public health commodities in Ethiopia, created a Center of Excellence (CoE) model to promote warehousing excellence among its 19 branch warehouses. This technical brief describes the CoE experience in the Hawassa brand, which became a model for successful implementation.
