Technical Report: Driving Performance Transparency and Reinforcing Continuous Improvement: The National Supply Chain Assessment

The National Supply Chain Assessment (NSCA) offers stakeholders visibility into what is working and where improvements are needed at all levels of a health supply chain. This technical brief unpacks the NSCA process and shares the benefits of implementation. It also highlights Rwanda’s experience in using evidence and insights generated through the process to address challenges in their supply chain and enhance its performance to realize steady improvement in supply chain maturity.
