Description

The pandemic brought an extra burden for people living HIV (PLHIV), especially those with co-morbidity conditions or advanced HIV disease who are at greater risk of COVID-19-related complications. To maintain the continuity of HIV services while minimizing the risk of exposure, the Ethiopian Ministry of Health (MOH) in collaboration with stakeholders including the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project developed and issued interim guidance in March 2020 for the provision of HIV services in the context of COVID-19. Learn more about how this was accomplished in GHSC-PSM's ICASA 2021 conference poster.
