The Ethiopian Hospital Services Transformation Guidelines is owned by the Ethiopian Ministry of Health and is designed to help hospital chief executive officers (CEOs), managers, clinicians and pharmacists ensure the consistent implementation of transformation systems and processes in Ethiopian hospitals.
