SDLC Project Management Plan Template

This document serves as a template for project management plans. The Project Management Plan (PMP) is the controlling document for managing any project. This PMP defines the technical and managerial processes necessary to satisfy the project requirements, describes the methodology and procedures for developing systems throughout the lifecycle, discusses the assumptions and constraints that affect the development effort, and defines each phase of the system development lifecycle.
