Quarterly Report: GHSC-PSM 2016 Q1 Report

This Quarterly Report summarizes GHSC-PSM's activities and outcomes for Year 1, Quarter 1, Jan. 11 to March 31, 2016. In the first quarter, the project officially launched, started the planning-intensive process of transitioning time-sensitive activities and responsibilities from the incumbents, put in place the foundations of its procurement and supply management approach, and built team and management procedures.
