This Quarterly Report summarizes GHSC-PSM's activities and outcomes for Year 3, Quarter 1, October 1 to December 31, 2017. In this quarter, the project achieved an average on-time delivery rate of 72 percent while also supporting a 37 percent increase in the volume of commodities delivered.
