Achieving and Maintaining a High On-Time Delivery Rate

On-time delivery (OTD) is one of many metrics GHSC-PSM uses to measure performance, but it's among the most important. When essential health commodities arrive when partner countries and their health facilities expect them, they are better able to ensure that patients receive the care and prevention they need. 

Last year, GHSC-PSM made a commitment to maintain an 80 percent on-time delivery rate. Over the past year, we exceeded that target every month. 

With the support of USAID, PEPFAR and the U.S. President's Malaria Initiative (PMI) we continue to provide health commodities wherever they are needed.
